 1                          HOUSE RESOLUTION

 2        WHEREAS,  The  members   of   the   Illinois   House   of
 3    Representatives  are pleased to recognize milestone events in
 4    the lives of the citizens of the State of Illinois; and

 5        WHEREAS, Barbara Rose Bringle will be presented with  the
 6    John  F.  Kubik  Humanitarian  Award  at  the Seguin Retarded
 7    Citizens Association annual dinner dance on  March  3,  2001;
 8    and

 9        WHEREAS,   The   John  F.  Kubik  Humanitarian  Award  is
10    presented annually to an  individual  who  has  shared  their
11    heart,  vision,  hard  work,  and  generous spirit with their
12    fellow man and community; and

13        WHEREAS, Ms. Bringle is a resident of  the  Berwyn/Cicero
14    area  where  she  serves  as  the  Executive Director for the
15    Community Mental Health Board located in the Town of  Cicero;
16    and

17        WHEREAS,  Ms.  Bringle  has been a dedicated supporter to
18    the  Seguin  Retarded  Citizens  Association  for  the   past
19    twenty-five  years,  and she has taken part in many functions
20    and special events sponsored by the Association; and

21        WHEREAS,  Ms.  Bringle  brings  joy  and  exuberance   to
22    Seguin's  annual  Christmas  Party  held  at the Wishing Well
23    Restaurant,  where  she  can  be  seen  smiling  and  quietly
24    generating a kindred spirit with her  very  special  friends;
25    and

26        WHEREAS,  Ms.  Bringle  is a supporter and past volunteer
27    for the Walk of Cancer; and

28        WHEREAS, Ms. Bringle received the Community Service Award
29    from the Children's Center of  Cicero  which  recognized  her
30    many contributions and support; and

 1        WHEREAS,  Barbara  Rose Bringle's proud and loving family
 2    include   her   children,   James   and   Tamara,   and   her
 3    grandchildren, Morgan, Michael, Madison, Jessica, and Andrew;
 4    and

 5        WHEREAS,  Barbara  Bringle  has   displayed   outstanding
 6    contribution  and  dedication in all aspects of her community
 7    where she has unselfishly donated  her  time  and  energy  to
 8    others in need; therefore, be it

 9        RESOLVED,   BY   THE  HOUSE  OF  REPRESENTATIVES  OF  THE
10    NINETY-SECOND GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that
11    we honor Barbara Rose Bringle for being  the  John  F.  Kubik
12    Humanitarian  Award recipient and for her commitment and many
13    contributions to her community; and be it further

14        RESOLVED, That a suitable  copy  of  this  resolution  be
15    presented to Ms. Barbara Rose Bringle as an expression of our
16    esteem.
