92_HR0499 LRB9210742RHrh 1 HOUSE RESOLUTION 2 WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of 3 Representatives wish to express their sincere condolences to 4 the family and friends of Judith Mudd, who passed away on 5 August 18, 2001; and 6 WHEREAS, Judith Mudd was born on July 20, 1937 in Peoria, 7 Illinois to Carroll and Thelma Nofsinger; she married Joseph 8 Charles Mudd on November 6, 1954; and 9 WHEREAS, Judith Mudd attended Manual High School; she 10 held a beautician's license in the State of Illinois and 11 Florida; and 12 WHEREAS, Judith Mudd was active in politics and was an 13 active campaigner; she was opinionated and kept track of 14 current events; and 15 WHEREAS, Judith Mudd enjoyed her hobbies of bowling and 16 golfing and was a member of the Peoria Women's Bowling 17 League; in addition, she was a lover of animals and little 18 children; and 19 WHEREAS, The passing of Judith Mudd will be deeply felt 20 by all who knew and loved her, especially her husband, Joseph 21 Mudd; her sons, Joseph (wife, Cheryl) Mudd and Timothy (wife, 22 Janice) Mudd; her daughter, Elizabeth (husband, Mark) 23 Christensen; her sisters, Audrey Bohm and Sheila (husband, 24 William) Siebenthal; her grandchildren, Ashley and Lindi; and 25 her great grandchildren, Ryleigh and Thomas; and 26 WHEREAS, Judith Mudd will be remembered by all who loved 27 her as a pretty little girl with a big smile; therefore, be 28 it 29 RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE 30 NINETY-SECOND GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that -2- LRB9210742RHrh 1 we mourn, along with all who knew her, the death of Judith 2 Mudd of Peoria, Illinois; and be it further 3 RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 4 presented to the family of Judith Mudd with our sincere 5 condolences.
