1 AN ACT concerning Illinois Parks.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Illinois Wildlife Prairie Park Act is
5 amended by changing Section 10 as follows:
6 (20 ILCS 4029/10)
7 Sec. 10. Definitions. As used in this Act, unless the
8 context otherwise requires:
9 "Commission" means the Illinois Wildlife Prairie Park
10 Commission created by this Act.
11 "Foundation" means the Wildlife Prairie Park
12 Not-For-Profit Illinois Corporation having its principal
13 place of business in Peoria County, Illinois.
14 "Illinois Wildlife Prairie Park" means the Wildlife
15 Prairie Park located in Peoria County, Illinois. The
16 "Illinois Wildlife Prairie Park" shall also be known as the
17 Hazel and Bill Rutherford Wildlife Prairie State Park.
