1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 184
2 AMENDMENT NO. _______. Amend Senate Bill 184 by
3 replacing everything after the enacting clause with the
4 following:
5 "Section 5. The Illinois Corn Marketing Act is amended
6 by changing Section 2 as follows:
7 (505 ILCS 40/2) (from Ch. 5, par. 702)
8 Sec. 2. This Act shall be known and may be cited as the
9 "Illinois Corn Marketing Act".
