1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 464
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 464 as follows:
3 on page 1, by replacing lines 11 through 14 with the
4 following:
5 "Act, who at the time the act was committed or prior to the
6 time of the trial has been diagnosed by a physician to suffer
7 from (i) any form of dementia, developmental disability, or
8 other form of mental incapacity or (ii) any physical
9 infirmity which prevents the eligible".
