2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 527 on page 1,
3 line 5, after "2", by inserting "and by adding Section 3.2";
4 and
5 on page 2, after line 23, by inserting the following:
6 "(225 ILCS 75/3.2 new)
7 Sec. 3.2. Practice of optometry. An occupational
8 therapist may not perform an act, task, or function primarily
9 performed in the lawful practice of optometry under the
10 Illinois Optometric Practice Act of 1987.".
