1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 724
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 724 on page 4,
3 line 19, after "form.", by inserting the following:
4 "Beginning on the effective date of this amendatory Act of
5 the 92nd General Assembly, a qualified solid waste energy
6 facility must file the form required under this subsection
7 (i) before the 15th of each month regardless of whether the
8 facility received any payment in the previous month."; and
9 on page 5, by replacing lines 28 through 30 with the
10 following:
11 "5g, and 5i of the Retailers' Occupation Tax Act. No tax
12 lien may be imposed or enforced, however, unless a qualified
13 solid waste energy facility fails to make the payment
14 required under this subsection (i). Only to the extent
15 necessary and for the purpose of enforcing this subsection
16 (i), the Department of Revenue may secure"; and
17 on page 6, line 22, after "uses", by inserting the following:
18 "or, on the effective date of Public Act 90-813, used".
