1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 758
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 758 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:
4 "Section 5. "AN ACT making appropriations", Public Act
5 92-8, approved June 11, 2001, is amended by changing Section
6 10 in Article 3 as follows:
7 (P.A. 92-8, Art. 3, Sec. 10)
8 Sec. 10. The amount of $51,042,000 $44,042,000, or so
9 much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the
10 General Revenue Fund to the Teachers' Retirement System of
11 the State of Illinois for transfer into the Teachers' Health
12 Insurance Security Fund as the State's Contribution for
13 teachers' health benefits.

15 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
16 becoming law.".
