1 AN ACT concerning criminal law.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Illinois Municipal Code is amended by
5 changing Section 1-1-1 as follows:
6 (65 ILCS 5/1-1-1) (from Ch. 24, par. 1-1-1)
7 Sec. 1-1-1. This Code shall be known and may be cited as
8 the Illinois Municipal Code.

10 Section 10. The Criminal Code of 1961 is amended by
11 changing Section 1-1 as follows:
12 (720 ILCS 5/1-1) (from Ch. 38, par. 1-1)
13 Sec. 1-1. Short title.
14 This Act shall be known and may be cited as the "Criminal
15 Code of 1961".
