1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 789
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 789 on page 3, by
3 replacing line 1 with the following:
4 "General, the Speaker of the House of Representatives,
5 the Minority Leader of the House of Representatives, the
6 President of the Senate, and the Minority Leader of the
7 Senate, and upon request to other members of the General
8 Assembly, no later"; and
9 on page 4, immediately below line 11 by inserting the
10 following:
11 "Section 40. Reporting requirements. Reports prepared
12 and submitted under this Act must be consistent with the
13 financial reporting requirements set forth by the State
14 Comptroller. Nothing in this Act shall be construed to
15 override the State Comptroller's authority under Section 6.01
16 of the State Comptroller Act to specify and establish
17 financial accounting and reporting standards and principles
18 to be used by State government and all State agencies.".
