 1        AN ACT to amend the State Finance Act by changing Section
 2    6p-2.

 3        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:

 5        Section 5.  The State Finance Act is amended by  changing
 6    Section 6p-2 as follows:

 7        (30 ILCS 105/6p-2) (from Ch. 127, par. 142p2)
 8        Sec.  6p-2.   The  Communications Revolving Fund shall be
 9    initially financed by a transfer of funds  from  the  General
10    Revenue  Fund. Thereafter, all fees and other monies received
11    by the Department of Central Management Services  in  payment
12    for   communications   telecommunications  services  rendered
13    pursuant to Section 405-270  of  the  Department  of  Central
14    Management  Services  Law  (20  ILCS  405/405-270) or sale of
15    surplus State communications equipment shall be paid into the
16    Communications Revolving Fund. The money in this  fund  shall
17    be  used  by the Department of Central Management Services as
18    reimbursement  for  expenditures  incurred  in  relation   to
19    communications telecommunications services.

21        Section  99.  Effective date.  This Act takes effect upon
22    becoming law.
