1 AN ACT concerning military service.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Military Code of Illinois is amended by
5 changing Section 18 as follows:
6 (20 ILCS 1805/18) (from Ch. 129, par. 220.18)
7 Sec. 18. The term "military service" used herein as
8 qualification for appointment of officers of the Illinois
9 National Guard is defined to mean such military or naval
10 service credited as cumulative years of military service for
11 credited pay purposes in accordance with the laws of the
12 United States and the rules and regulations based thereon.
