1 AN ACT making appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The sum of $10,000,000, or so much of that
5 amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General
6 Revenue Fund to the Department of Public Health for the
7 purchase and installation of an automated external
8 defibrillator for every public primary school and every
9 public secondary school in this State.
10 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on
11 January 1, 2003.
