1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2074
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 2074 as follows:
3 on page 1, line 19, by changing "and cost" to ", costs, fees,
4 and penalties"; and
5 on page 1, lines 20 and 21 by replacing "and costs" with ",
6 costs, fees, and penalties"; and
7 on page 1, by replacing line 22 with the following:
8 "fines, costs, fees, and penalties that remain unpaid after
9 90 days. Notice to those parties affected may be made by
10 signage posting or publication. The clerk"; and
11 on page 1, line 25, by inserting after the period the
12 following:
13 "The additional delinquency amounts collected under this
14 Section shall be used to defray additional administrative
15 costs incurred by the clerk of the court in collecting unpaid
16 fines, costs, fees, and penalties.".
