1 AN ACT in relation to property.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Cemetery Protection Act is amended by
5 changing Section .01 as follows:
6 (765 ILCS 835/.01) (from Ch. 21, par. 14.01)
7 Sec. .01. For the purposes of this Act, the term
8 "cemetery authority" is defined as in Section 2 of the
9 "Cemetery Care Act", approved July 21, 1947, as now and
10 hereafter amended.
