1 AN ACT in relation to financial regulation.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Illinois Credit Union Act is amended by
5 changing Section 6 as follows:
6 (205 ILCS 305/6) (from Ch. 17, par. 4407)
7 Sec. 6. Fiscal year. The fiscal year of a each credit
8 union organized under this Act shall end on December 31 of
9 each year.
