1 AN ACT making appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The sum of $43,549,100, or so much thereof as
5 may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue
6 Fund to the Board of Trustees of Chicago State University to
7 meet the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Board and
8 its educational institution, including reimbursement to the
9 University for personal services and related costs incurred
10 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2003.
11 Section 10. The sum of $1,433,300, or so much thereof as
12 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Education
13 Assistance Fund to the Board of Trustees of Chicago State
14 University to meet the ordinary and contingent expenses of
15 the Board and its educational institution, including
16 reimbursement to the university for personal services and
17 related costs incurred for the fiscal year ending June 30,
18 2003.
19 Section 15. The sum of $250,000, or so much thereof as
20 may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue
21 Fund to the Board of Trustees of Chicago State University for
22 all costs required to match the Federal Title II Teacher
23 Quality Enhancement State Grant, including payment to the
24 University for personal services and related costs incurred
25 for the year ending June 30, 2003.
26 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on
27 July 1, 2002.
