 1                   SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 75
 2            (As amended by Senate Amendment Nos. 1 and 2)

 3        WHEREAS, The State  Board  of  Education  has  filed  its
 4    report,  dated  April 30, 2002, with the Senate, the House of
 5    Representatives, and the Secretary of State  of  Illinois  as
 6    required by Section 2-3.25g of the School Code; therefore, be
 7    it

 8        RESOLVED,  BY  THE  SENATE  OF  THE NINETY-SECOND GENERAL
 9    ASSEMBLY  OF  THE   STATE   OF   ILLINOIS,   THE   HOUSE   OF
10    REPRESENTATIVES CONCURRING HEREIN, that the Waukegan PSD 60 -
11    Lake,  WM100-2269,  Substitute  Certificates  is approved for
12    only one year and disapproved for the remaining  four  years;
13    and be it further

14        RESOLVED,   That  each  of  the  school  district  waiver
15    requests identified below by school district name and by  the
16    identifying  number and subject area of the waiver request as
17    summarized  in  the  report  filed  by  the  State  Board  of
18    Education is disapproved:
19             (1) Antioch CHSD 117 - Lake, WM100-2184,  Assessment
20        - Prairie State Achievement Examination;
21             (2)  Lyons ESD 103 - Cook, WM100-2211, Limitation of
22        Administrative Costs;
23             (3)  Zion  ESD  6  -  Lake,  WM100-2204,  Substitute
24        Certificates;
25             (4)  Harvard   CUSD   50   -   McHenry,  WM100-2223,
26        Substitute Certificates.
