92_SR0559 LRB9218241KFkf 1 SENATE RESOLUTION 2 WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the State of 3 Illinois note with sadness the death of Edith Marie Tonyan of 4 Aurora on Tuesday, July 16, 2002; and 5 WHEREAS, Mrs. Tonyan was born May 23, 1925 in Oak Park; 6 she was the daughter of the late John and Hilda Foster; and 7 WHEREAS, Her passing will be deeply felt by her family 8 and friends, especially her husband, Frank C. (Jerry) 9 Jurasek; her children, Patricia (Thomas) Jungels, Joan 10 (William) Paull, Peter (Janice) Tonyan, Barbara (Kerry) 11 Dougan, Andrea (Jeffrey) Gindorf, Anthony (Catherine) Tonyan, 12 and Mary Tonyan; her grandchildren, Matthew Jungels, Michael 13 Paull, Joseph Paull and Elizabeth Paull, Kendall Tonyan, 14 Patrick Dougan, Zachary Tonyan, Alexander Tonyan, Julia Marie 15 Gindorf and Jo Anne Gindorf; her brothers, James Foster and 16 Richard Foster; and 17 WHEREAS, Mrs. Tonyan was preceded in death by her first 18 husband, Donald H. Tonyan; and her brothers, John and William 19 Foster; therefore, be it 20 RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SECOND GENERAL 21 ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we note with sorrow 22 and regret the passing of Edith Marie Tonyan and extend our 23 sincere condolences to all who knew and loved her; and be it 24 further 25 RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 26 presented to the family of Edith Marie Tonyan, as an 27 expression of our sympathy.
