In the Section allowing a school board to levy an annual tax for the purpose of leasing educational facilities or computer technology, adds the purpose of leasing equipment to air condition classrooms. In the Section allowing a school board to levy a tax or to borrow money and issue bonds for fire prevention, safety, energy conservation, disabled accessibility, school security, and specified repair purposes, adds the purpose of providing air conditioning in classrooms.
