Requires a principal or other appropriate administrative officer of a public or nonpublic elementary or secondary school to report to a local law enforcement agency felony and misdemeanor offenses that occur at school, on a school bus, or at activities supervised by school employees. A violation is a petty offense with a $500 fine imposed for each failure to report.
