Provides that committing an assault by using a motor vehicle is aggravated assault. Provides that the penalty is a Class 3 felony. Creates the offense of aggravated battery with a motor vehicle defined as knowingly or intentionally causing great bodily harm or permanent disability or disfigurement by means of the operation or use of a motor vehicle when committing a battery. Provides that the penalty for this offense is a Class 1 felony . Provides that a motor vehicle used to commit any of these offenses is subject to seizure and forfeiture.
