Provides that a registered nurse who uses the State Police Evidence Collection Kit (S.P.E.C.K.) to collect evidence of an alleged sexual assault at a licensed hospital from alleged sexual assault survivors under the Sexual Assault Survivors Emergency Treatment Act is qualified to testify as an expert at trial in a criminal prosecution for criminal sexual assault, aggravated criminal sexual assault, predatory criminal sexual assault of a child, criminal sexual abuse, or aggravated criminal sexual abuse.
