DAVIS,STEVE. 625 ILCS 5/6-103 from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 6-103 Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that any person who, upon determination by the Inspector General of the Office of the Secretary of State that the person has, with intent to influence the performance of any act related to the employment or function of any government official concerning the person's driver's license or permit, promised or tendered to that governmental official any property or personal advantage which that governmental employee is not authorized by law to accept shall be disqualified from holding any type of driver's license. Also provides that the Secretary of State may not issue a new license or permit to that person for a period of 60 days. Effective immediately.
