SAVIANO. 235 ILCS 5/8-12 from Ch. 43, par. 164 3/4 Amends the Liquor Control Act of 1934. Provides that a railroad company, express company, common or contract carrier, person, firm, or corporation that brings, carries, or transports alcoholic liquor into Illinois for delivery in Illinois shall prepare and file a report with the Department of Revenue containing the name of the entity making the report, the address in Illinois at which the records supporting the report are kept and are open to inspection, the period of time covered by the report, the name and business address of each consignor of the alcoholic liquor, the kind and quantity of alcoholic liquor delivered to each consignee, and the date of delivery.
