GRANBERG.

   30 ILCS 105/8.3           from Ch. 127, par. 144.3                          

        Amends the State Finance Act.  Decreases the total amount of Road      
   Fund Appropriations to the Secretary of State for  Fiscal  Years  2003      
   through  2006.   Provides that for fiscal year 2006 and thereafter, no      
   Road Fund moneys may  be  appropriated  to  the  Secretary  of  State.      
   Effective immediately.
