In provisions concerning forcible entry and detainer actions for failure to pay condominium common expenses or other expenses lawfully agreed upon or any unpaid fine, provides that a judgment for possession is not subject to a homestead exemption. States that the amendatory provisions are intended as a clarification of existing law and not as a new enactment. Effective immediately.
