Makes technical changes in a Section defining unlawful practices. SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1. Deletes reference to: 815 ILCS 505/2 Adds reference to: 815 ILCS 715/4.5 new Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Illinois Equipment Fair Dealership Law. Requires manufacturers to reimburse retailers for warranty work except in cases where the dealer or supplier has a written dealer agreement providing for compensation to the dealer for warranty labor costs either as part of the pricing of the equipment to the dealer or in the form of a lump sum payment. Provides that the reimbursement exception does not apply to agreements where the payment to the dealer is less than 5% of the suggested retail price of the equipment.
