   215 ILCS 105/7.1                                                            

        Amends the Comprehensive Health  Insurance  Plan  Act.   Provides      
   that  rates  under  the  Plan shall be not less than 115%, rather than      
   125%, nor more than 140%, rather than 150%, of the  rates  established      
   for certain individual standard risks.  Effective immediately.
