In provisions concerning actions against a person other than an employer who has a legal liability for damages, provides that an employee, employer, and insurance carrier have a duty to cooperate in investigating and prosecuting claims and potential claims against third-party tortfeasors by producing nonprivileged documents and allowing the inspection of premises. Provides that documents and inspection results are confidential and exempt from the Freedom of Information Act.
