Prohibits wagering by use of the Internet. Establishes penalties. Present law prohibits knowingly establishing, maintaining, or operating an Internet site that permits a person to play a game of chance or skill for money or other thing of value by means of the Internet or to make a wager upon the result of any game, political nomination, appointment, or election by means of the Internet. Provides that premises or a building knowingly used to conduct Internet gambling is a gambling place subject to forfeiture. Provides that Internet gambling contracts are void.
