Re-enacts a provision relating to the period for commencing civil adjudicatory hearings in abuse, neglect, and dependency cases. (This provision was first enacted as a part of Public Act 90-456, which has been held to violate the single subject rule of the Illinois Constitution.) Includes findings and validation provisions.
