Exempts the employment of a minor who is 12 or more years of age and who is employed in a recreational or educational activity by a park district or a not-for-profit youth club from the restrictions of the Act. Allows a minor who is 12 (instead of 14) years of age to be employed by a park district, municipal parks and recreation department, or not-for-profit youth club for a specified amount of hours while school is in session.
