   70 ILCS 3605/32.5 new                                                       
   70 ILCS 3615/4.06-5 new                                                     

        Amends the Illinois Procurement Code,  the  Metropolitan  Transit      
   Authority   Act,   and  the  Regional  Transportation  Authority  Act.      
   Redefines a "State agency" subject to the Illinois Procurement Code to      
   include  the  Metropolitan  Transit   Authority   and   the   Regional      
   Transportation Authority. Effective immediately.
