DILLARD. (BEAUBIEN) 760 ILCS 5/11 from Ch. 17, par. 1681 Amends the Trusts and Trustees Act. Provides that receipt of an accounting of a trust is presumed if the trustee has procedures in place requiring the mailing or delivery of an accounting to the beneficiary, including mailing or delivery by electronic means or the provision of access to the account by electronic means. Effective immediately. SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1. Eliminates the amendatory changes in the bill as introduced. Provides that the presumption of receipt of a current account applies to the mailing or delivery of an account by electronic means or the provision of access to an account by electronic means if the beneficiary has agreed to receive electronic delivery or access.
