LINK-LIGHTFORD-MUNOZ. 720 ILCS 5/12-3.2 from Ch. 38, par. 12-3.2 720 ILCS 5/12-21.6 Amends the Criminal Code of 1961. Provides that domestic battery is a Class 4 felony if the domestic battery is committed against a family or household member and a family or household member who is a child under 18 years of age is present when the domestic battery occurs. Provides that witnessing such a domestic battery is included in the offense of endangering the life or health of a child.
