SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1. Deletes reference to: 225 ILCS 446/10 Adds reference to: 225 ILCS 446/75 Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Private Detective, Private Alarm, Private Security, and Locksmith Act of 1993. Provides that a person is qualified to receive a license as a private alarm contractor without meeting all the regular requirements for licensure if specified criteria are met. Effective immediately.
