   410 ILCS 4/35 new                                                           

        Amends the Automated External Defibrillator Act.   Requires  that      
   every  public  elementary  school and every public secondary school in      
   this State have at least one automated external defibrillator  in  the      
   school  building, located in a common area of the building.  Effective      
   January 1, 2003.
