$DCFS-SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM                                                  

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Appropriates $400,000 to the Department of  Children  and  Family      
   Services  to increase the number of scholarships available to wards of      
   the State under the Department's scholarship program, in  addition  to      
   any  other  amounts  appropriated for this purpose.  Effective July 1,      
   2001.
