Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Illinois Pension Code.  In a  Section  concerning  the      
   purpose  of  the  Illinois  Municipal  Retirement Fund, specifies that      
   certain State's Attorneys are included.                                     
          PENSION NOTE (Illinois Pension Laws Commission)                      
          HB 1937 would not affect the accrued liability or annual costs       
          of IMRF.
