MEDIATOR CERTIFICATION ACT                                                 

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Creates the Mediator Certification Act.  Provides procedures  and      
   guidelines   for    the  certification  of  mediators.   Provides  for      
   enforcement of the certification procedures    by  the  Department  of      
   Professional  Regulation.  Amends the Regulatory Sunset Act to  repeal      
   the new Act on January 1, 2012.
