Makes changes in the Section concerning the Charitable Advisory Council. Provides that the Council shall exist as long as the Attorney General deems that it is necessary. HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1. Makes the Council a permanent body. Provides that the members shall serve at the pleasure of the Attorney General or for such terms as the Attorney General may designate.
