Permits discovery depositions to be admitted into evidence if the witness is unable to be present or testify at the trial because of death, physical or mental illness, infirmity or because the party offering the deposition into evidence is unable to procure the witness' attendance by process. Provides that the new provisions do not affect the use of evidence depositions.
