Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Code of Civil Procedure.  Grants "quick-take"  eminent      
   domain  powers to the City of Evanston for 2 years for the acquisition      
   of certain property for the purpose of redevelopment of  the  downtown      
   business   district  and  construction  of  a  new  municipal  garage.      
   Effective immediately.
