GUIDE DOG ACCESS-SERVICE DOG                                               

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Guide  Dog  Access  Act.   Permits  service  dogs  and      
   trainers  for  service  dogs  in  training  access to public places of      
   accommodation if the service dog or service dog in training  is  on  a      
   leash and is wearing a cape for identification.
