CORR-3RD CLASS 3-NO PROBATION                                              

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Unified Code  of  Corrections.   Provides  that,  upon      
   conviction  of  a  third successive Class 3 felony or greater class of      
   offense, the offender shall be sentenced  as a Class 1 felony offender      
   and shall not be eligible for probation  or  conditional    discharge.      
   Effective immediately.
