Senate Sponsors: WALSH,T Short description: CHILD SUPPORT-HIGH SCHOOL GRAD Synopsis of Bill as introduced: Amends the Illinois Marriage and Dissolution of Marriage Act. In cases where a child reaches the age of majority before his or her high school graduation, extends the obligation to pay child support until he or she graduates, as long as reasonable progress is made toward graduating.
