Provides that 9-1-1 information may be used by a public safety agency for the purpose of placing out-going emergency calls. Provides that a municipality with a population of more than 500,000 may use 9-1-1 information for the purpose of responding to calls made to a non-emergency telephone system that is under the supervision or control of a public safety agency and that shares all or some facilities with an emergency telephone system. Effective immediately.
