Provides that the trustee of a trust shall invest and manage trust assets in accordance with specified criteria pertaining to portfolio strategy, diversification, loyalty, impartiality, review, and delegation of duties relating to investment and management of trust assets. Applies to trusts existing on and created after its effective date. Amends the Trusts and Trustees Act to conform to the new Act.
