Short description: ENVIRON-CLEAR WATER-WETLANDS Synopsis of Bill as introduced: Amends the Interagency Wetland Policy Act of 1989. Adds isolated, non-navigable, intrastate waters that serve as a habitat for migratory birds or endangered species to the definition of wetlands. Amends the Environmental Protection Act. Provides for water quality certification for wetlands. HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1. Deletes reference to: 20 ILCS 830/1-6 415 ILCS 5/13.5 new Adds reference to: 55 ILCS 5/5-1062 from Ch. 34, par. 5-1062 Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Counties Code.
